Memorial Garden- Re-landscaping and renovation of the Memorial Garden is scheduled to begin on or around June 15. Some families have expressed concerns regarding the planned renovation. We are in the process of contacting all families who have ashes of loved ones placed in the Memorial Garden, and Session is setting up a meeting for those families who have concerns.
Balanced Budget- The Finance Committee brought a motion to session revising the 2015 Budget, so that the Budget is now balanced. This motion passed. The budget now stands at $457,220 in projected income, and $457,220 in projected expenses.
The Finance Committee reminds everyone to please stay current with their pledges, especially as we enter into the summer months. On-line Giving is now available, and it is a safe, easy way to give. Simply go to our website:

Community Carnival & Movie- The Faith Sharing Team reported that a Community Carnival and Movie will be held Saturday, May 30th, from 3:30 to 7:00 p.m. There will be games and prizes for all ages, ranging from a Bounce House and Duck Pond for children to a Cake Walk, Ga Ga Ball, and Euchre for teens and adults. We will show two movies: "The Jungle Book" and "God is NOT Dead." Bring your own blanket! Popcorn and concessions will be available.
Youth Ministry- Session approved a request for the Youth to run a concession booth for the Community Carnival and Movie, and also a special fund-raiser to sponsor a kid going to camp. Suggested donation: $20. Proceeds will benefit youth going to Great Escape this year.
Summer Worship- Worship reported that we will change to our Summer Worship schedule starting the first Sunday of June. We will have ONE service at 10:00 a.m. beginning on June 7.
June 7 is also Graduation Sunday when we will recognize all graduates in the church. Don't miss it!!!
