What is GriefShare? How can it help me?

When a loved one passes on, it can feel like you’re alone, few people understand how you are feeling or how painful and isolated it can be. At GriefShare there is a safe, comforting place where you can talk with others about your grief. St. Thomas will begin their spring session Saturday, March 16^th at 9:30 am. The 13 week session will cover video’s and discussion about sadness, loneliness, fear, anxiety, anger, regret and many more.

Please join us if you have recently or know someone that has recently lost a loved one by registering online Here or contact Rae Ann White or Trish Pearce if you have questions or want more information. The $15 registration fee covers the session and workbook, scholarships are available.

What to expect?

GriefShare is a support group that meets weekly. You'll find it to be a warm, caring environment and will come to see your group as an "oasis" on your long journey through grief. There are three key parts to your GriefShare experience:

Videos that are encouraging featuring leading grief recovery experts 

Support group Small group discussion in a safe confidential environment
Workbook for journaling and personal study exercises that reflect weekly sessions

You are welcome yto begin attending our Grief Share group at any point. Each session is :self contained" so you do not have to attend in sequence
